New Clients - What to Expect
Choosing a counsellor is an important part of the process: I like to make sure all new clients feel welcome, informed and confident. Prior to meeting for a session, every new client is welcome to book a complimentary 15 minute phone, or video, consult to ensure the fit is right.
Insurance Covereage
MSP does not cover clinical counselling, however most extended health plans do cover clinical counselling with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or Certified Clinical Counsellor (CCC) for up to a certain amount.
Currently, direct billing to extended health care plans is not offered, so please check with your insurance provider for coverage and reimbursement.
